I am also having problems with this virus “antivirus360″. It won’t allow me to delete it. Plus, it interrupts me every 5 minutes with constant pop-ups, indicating that I must purchase the software to delete viruses. I just got Norton 360 2nd version, but apparently, it didn’t remove av360.exe.

Can someone please show me how to remove this file?

    Thanks.

    Erica

    Connie,
    Don’t Panic Please.
    Just Follow these following steps:

    1. Open your task manager by pressing “Ctrl + Alt + Del”.
    2. Go to the “Processes” tab.
    3. Highlight Antivirus 360 Process ( most of the cases it’s av360.exe or a360.exe)
    4. Click on “End Process”

by now I think you can be able to open your book and go online.
But when you will reboot your PC, Antivirus 360 will come back.
So you will need to remove all its related files and registry entries.
Please refer to the Antivirus 360 manual removal instructions

Keep us updated about your situation.
