Unlike regular programs, parasites run their processes without your knowledge. The most efficient way to kill a malicious process is to use the built-in Task Manager in Windows XP or Vista.
Here’s how you do it:
1. Press “Alt+Ctrl+Delete“, then click on “Task Manager”. You can also launch the Task Manager instantly if you press “Ctrl + Shift + ESC” simultaneously.
2. Select the process that you want to stop, then click on “End Process”.

Is the process still present?

this is the one
and this is the website I was directed to… :S
Mine actually blocks everything so I can’t open the task manager.
it says “Application canot be executed. The file taskmgr.exe is infected.”
so basically it blocks every application, program, etc. and it’s name is AV Security Suite.
If anyone has any solution for this help would be greatly appreciated.
Please e-mail me.
Many thanks
Rob
