In the bottome left hand corner it should say 'see also' then underneath 'taskbar and start menu, simply change your start menu to 'classic' and then go to search 'for files or folders' and in the right hand top corner underneath the search bar it should have an arrow and the words 'advanced serach' click on that leave all other sections blank apart from 'location' and change that to 'local hard drives (c:; D;) make sure you tick the included non-indexed... bow the serach will be slower but otherwise i couldnt find the file. i m once infected with antivirus 2009 (ok i admit that i installed it). what i did was a little bit extreme but heres what i did:
